Gangneung is implementing admission fee discounts beginning in July this year to expand opportunities for cultural experiences and local tourism among university students enrolled in institutions in the region.

❍ Eligible Beneficiaries: Approximately 14,000 university students in Gangneung (including approximately 10,000 students from outside the region)

※ The same benefits apply to international students with a valid student ID.

❍ Applicable Tourist Attractions: Ojukheon House & Municipal Museum, Jeongdong–Simgok Badabuchae-gil, Gangneung Ojuk Hanok Village

❍ Key Benefits:

1. Ojukheon House & Municipal Museum: Free admission

2. Jeongdong–Simgok Badabuchae-gil: Admission fee of KRW 3,000 (40% discount from the regular admission fee)

3. Ganagneung Ojuk Hanok Village: 20% discount on accommodation fees
