I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to the citizens of Gangneung who have entrusted me with the responsibility of Gangneung city administration.

Gangneung has faced numerous obstacles and challenges in the past, and it is now time for us to start over with the joy of achievement as well as the pain of failure as our assets.

We must end the Age of Conflict and move on to the Age of Great Harmony. Instead of living solely for ourselves and stepping on others to get ahead, we need to share with others with a sense of community.

In rebuilding Gangneung as the best city, we must unite together and resolve the conflicts between classes, generations, and regions based on cooperation and harmony in order to truly become one community.
