Gangneung Money Museum will present the special exhibition A Single Document, A Scholar’s Life: Civil Service Examinations and Royal Edicts in Joseon, which explores the social status system and civil service examination system of the Joseon Dynasty.

Through a variety of exhibition materials, including Cheonjamun, Sohak, The Analects, examination answer sheets, Baekpae certificates, and royal appointment documents, visitors can discover the civil service examination system, scholar culture, and the meaning of royal appointment documents in Joseon.
