- Ojukheon night opening and regular evening performances held every Friday and Saturday until August 23 -

​​ Gangneung City’s Ojukheon and Municipal Museum will hold the ‘2025 Ojukheon Regular Night Performances Season 4’ at Ojukheon outdoor plaza, in time for the summer vacation season. 

 Regular performances will be held at sunset from 7:30pm to 9pm every Friday and Saturday from July 11 (Fri) to August 23 (Sat), with special performances also held for three days from August 14 to 16 during Liberation Day week,

 Since 2022, ‘Ojukheon Regular Night Performances’ have been promoted as part of the tourism hub city development project, constantly striving to provide new attractions for tourists and Gangneung locals, visiting Gangneung by night to enjoy the atmosphere of Ojukheon, a representative cultural heritage of the Gwandong region, through night opening and regular performances.  

 In particular, this year’s performances incorporate guerrilla marketing in key tourist areas such as Gangneung Station and the bus terminal, where tourist foot traffic is high, reflecting feedback accumulated over the past three years through night performance surveys and incorporating various seasonal summer events. 

 2025 Ojukheon Regular Night Performances “Ojukheon Pungnyuya (Pungnyu Nights)” will feature a variety of performances ranging from traditional performances such as madanggeuk and Gugak to fusion performances including bands and busking.  

 Season 4 is expected to attract many visitors as it will introduce specialized local cultural tourism contents by utilizing the historical, cultural, and location infrastructure of Ojukheon.
