​ Celebrating the summer peak season, Gangneung City is hosting special weekend events at the seawater pool at Gyeongpo Beach, where the whole family can enjoy participating. 

 On upcoming weekends, from July 19 (Sat) to August 3 (Sun), programs such as bubble shows, dance challenges, and survival swimming classes will be held, with a special pool party held at night on August 1 (Fri).

 This party at the seawater pool will feature EDM music and is an event designed for families, couples, and friends to all enjoy together.

 Additionally, the Gyeongpo seawater pool, which proved extremely popular last year, will again open for night swimming from July 26 (Sat) to August 9 (Sat) for a total of 15 days, from 6pm to 9pm, attracting locals and tourists weary from the heat. As schedules may change depending on the weather, it is recommended to check with the beach operation headquarters before visiting.
